Role Overview

Join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) and make a significant impact on the lives of children on the autism spectrum. We utilize a results-oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to assess how clients interact with their environment and respond to social cues.

What You Will Do

You'll play a crucial part in helping build skills and document progress for our clients. You'll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, incorporating targets from each client's individualized treatment plan and promoting the development of essential skills.

Requirements

  • Availability to work full-time between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment
