What You Will Do
Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans, track client progress through data collection, support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living, collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent required, previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, ability to pass background check, reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
