What You Will Do
Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans, track client progress through data collection, support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living, collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
