Role Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

What You Will Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, track progress, collaborate with a supportive team, and build a strong foundation for careers in behavior analysis and related fields.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Education requirements: Some College (At least 1 college course completed, dual enrollment with a college while in high school or trade school program completed)
  • Reliable transportation
