Role OverviewAs a Behavior Technician at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will assist in the implementation of ABA therapy programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work closely with children and families to develop meaningful skills, facilitate functional communication, and promote independence and real-world outcomes.

Assist in the implementation of ABA therapy programs, work with children and families, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing supervision and training.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work a part-time/per diem schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
