Role Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in the homes of children with autism. You will participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques, communicate regularly with supervisory staff, and operate under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing behavioral intervention plans, participating in staff training, communicating with supervisory staff, and collecting therapy session data.
