Role OverviewWe are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team at our program in Fort Worth, TX. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA).
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing and implementing IEP or treatment plans, completing timely ongoing data collection, and providing behavioral interventions and physical interventions as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
- Availability to work Full Day of 8:15 am - 3:15 pm Monday – Friday
- 3-6 months of experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
