Role Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

What You Will Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, track progress, and collaborate with a supportive team to help children learn, grow, and gain independence.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
