Requirements
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- State-Specific RBT Requirements: In states requiring RBT certification, candidates must obtain and maintain an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential prior to working with clients.
