Role OverviewAs a Behavior Technician at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. You will follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA, collect data and document client progress, and create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy
- RBT certification a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
