Role OverviewProud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Our BT's are an essential part of the treatment team.
What You Will Do
Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans, collect data, and report progress. Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
