Role OverviewAs a Behavior Technician at Merakey, you will work with an extraordinary team to provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings using evidence-based treatments. You will have fun and let your personality shine while applying individualized treatment.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing and implementing IEP or treatment plans, providing behavioral interventions and physical interventions as needed, monitoring client performance, and recording relevant data to assess progress.

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about making a difference in a child's life, has a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, and 3-6 months of experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED)
- Availability to work Full Day of 8:15 am - 3:15 pm Monday – Friday
- 3-6 months of experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred
