Job Description
Behavioral Health Works is seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a remote-location setting. The role focuses on teaching communication skills, social skills, and self-help skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles, overseen by experienced BCBAs and RBTs. Flexible schedules and competitive hourly rates are offered with reimbursement for travel, training, and onboarding. Potential partnerships for bachelor's degree programs are also available.

Requirements

  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
  • Must be willing to travel to client homes (at least 6 hours/week).
  • Must have a smartphone or similar device.
  • Ability to collect data during sessions.
  • Must be goal-oriented and professional.
  • Desire to be involved in a collaborative team.
  • Exposure to individuals with Autism is a plus.
