Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician at Behavioral Health Works! We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Requirements

  • Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Must be willing to travel to and from client homes.
  • Must be willing to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
  • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
  • Must have a fun and energetic personality, as well as the ability to keep up with active children.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes.
