Job Description
Behavior Technician (RBT) position with Arc Light Behavioral Health Collective. Part-time position, working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, and supporting skill development under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification (preferred)
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or related fields
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism
