Job Description
Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company. Work one-on-one with clients to support skill development, communication, and independence using ABA principles.

Requirements

  • RBT Training (40-hour course completed) or Active RBT Certification (required)
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
  • Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
  • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
