Role OverviewThe Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing applied behavior analysis educational and treatment programs with individual clients aged 1 to 22 in their home, ABA Center, and within the community, under the direction of the clinical team.
What You Will Do
Collect data as prescribed by the Behavior Analyst, participate in data management, and assist in the training and orientation of new staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and/or RBT Credential, or an Associate's Degree with 60+ credit hours, and at least 6 months of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or RBT Credential (preferred) or, Associate's Degree (60+ credit hours), or High School Diploma or GED
- Must successfully pass background checks
- Must have valid driver's license, safe driving record, automobile insurance and access to insured vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport
