Role OverviewJoin I Am Boundless as a Behavior Technician in our residential therapeutic setting, working with individuals with I/DD and autism spectrum disorder. This role involves constant engagement, supervision, and implementation of behavior support plans.
What You Will Do
Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis, crisis intervention, and highly structured behavior support plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, behavioral health conditions, and/or developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidate has experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or behavioral health conditions, and is detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing
- First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance
- No more than 5 points on license
