Role OverviewJoin our growing ABA team at Behavioral Framework to work with children diagnosed with autism and their families. We focus on behavioral improvements and skill development through positive reinforcement and repetition. The role involves implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, providing 1:1 ABA therapy, and communicating with BCAs, parents, and caregivers.
What You Will Do
Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan, provide 1:1 ABA therapy, collect and graph daily data, and write objective session notes. Receive and apply ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from the BCBA/manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- RBT certification in good standing (preferred)
- Mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet)
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive activities
- Manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs
