Role OverviewProud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
What You Will Do
Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans, collect data to monitor progress, and support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information
