Job Description
Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. As a BT, you will provide 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a center-based setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
  • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
  • Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
