Job Description
REM Community Services is looking for a Behavioral Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and developing Behavioral Intervention Plans, data collection methodologies, and crisis management. They will work with program participants to effect behavioral change and provide therapeutic services. The position is on-site in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Requirements

  • Directs program participant contact in effecting behavioral change
  • Works with supervisors and direct staff in the development, implementation, maintenance, and generalization of behavioral change
  • Provides Behavioral Therapy and Active Treatment programming
  • Consults with staff, insurance providers, lawyers, service providers post-discharge, and family on treatment recommendations and progress
