Role OverviewLead Technician Proctors support treatment by delivering training programs, mentoring and supporting Behavior Technicians, assisting Behavior Analysts with their clinical duties, delivering treatment by protocol, and providing administrative support in a center or for a community-based clinical team.
What You Will Do
Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients, attend scheduled treatment sessions, provide clinical support and mentoring to technicians, and complete administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of ABA experience
- Certification, registration and/or license, as required by local statutes and/or policies
- Actively looking for ways to help people
- The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
- Speaking to others to convey information effectively
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
