Role OverviewAs a Behavioral Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will work alongside people with disabilities to help them thrive in their homes and community. You will provide daily assistance, care taking, medication administration, and individualized supports for people with disabilities living in their home.
What You Will Do
You will provide direct care, education, advocacy, and implementation of individualized support plans while ensuring services meet organizational guidelines and accreditation standards. You will also implement individualized behavior support plans, use de-escalation strategies, and maintain a calm, structured environment in homes where individuals may engage in behaviors that require additional support.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license and car insurance
- At least one year of experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities
- Basic computer skills
