Behavioral Health Care Manager - Licensed

This position is responsible for providing leadership and management of the Behavioral Health Services department. The Behavioral Health Care Manager - Licensed will oversee the delivery of behavioral health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination. The manager will supervise a team of licensed therapists and other staff members, and develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.

What You Will Do

The Behavioral Health Care Manager - Licensed will be responsible for managing budgets, conducting quality improvement initiatives, and participating in strategic planning efforts. The manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
