Role OverviewThe Behavioral Health Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring effective communication among team members, facilitators, and families. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in case management and management.
What You Will Do
Attend team meetings, document progress, conduct tours, communicate with facilitators and parents, coordinate care, manage caseloads, and support staff.

Requirements

- Experience with screening for mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and interventions
- Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology for mental health disorders
- Driver's License required
