Role OverviewThe State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), Office of the Commissioner (OOC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor within the Evidence-Based Practices and Grants Division. This role will work under the supervision of the Director of Program Management Services and provide statewide monitoring of evidence-based and best practices in behavioral health services.
What You Will Do
Provide statewide monitoring of evidence-based and best practices in behavioral health services, conduct fidelity reviews of evidence-based models, provide contract monitoring and oversight of peer-led and peer-run organizations, monitor data reports and outcome measures, and assist with writing and submitting grant applications.

Requirements
- Four (4) years of professional experience in behavioral health care
- Master’s degree in a clinical discipline, public health administration, health care administration or hospital administration
- Two (2) years of supervising professional staff
