Job Description
The Jewish Board's Community Behavioral Health treatment programs provide compassionate, high quality, evidence-based services to individuals and families in the communities we serve. The position is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, group, family, and crisis services, and maintaining documentation according to standards and time frames.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work from an accredited program
  • New York State Licensure or limited permit in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC); Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), or social work (LMSW)
  • Experience with documenting in electronic health records and using Microsoft Office software
  • Experience with telemental health platforms a plus
  • Fluency in a second language is preferred
