Role Overview

As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient assessments and treatment as directed. You will assist in providing supportive counseling, case management, and community support services. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health and advanced verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating requests for service, collecting and reporting social history, intervening in acute crisis situations, and developing individual plans with clients. You will also work with an interdisciplinary team to review cases and develop individual plans.
