Job Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in their Behavioral Health hospital in Northfield, Ohio. Requirements

  • Administers controlled and non-controlled medications
  • Provides general nursing and direct care to patients
  • Takes patients' vital signs as directed
  • Escorts patients
  • Provides group activities
  • Serves as a member of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Provides assistance and direction to lower-level nursing staff
  • Attends and participates in active treatment groups and meetings
  • Observes, documents, and reports patients' condition
