The Behavioral Health Navigator will provide an assessment of client's presenting problem and barriers to recovery, assist clients in identifying treatment options, and provide referrals to services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Two years' experience in Behavioral Health setting
  • Valid Driver's license, acceptable driving record
  • High level of social work skills, practice, and knowledge
