Job Description
This role is for a Behavioral Health provider who will primarily triage referrals for patients from primary care offices with varying mental health needs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree: Social Work (Required)
  • LSW - Licensed Social Worker - Social Work Certification and Licensure Board
  • Masters degree in Counseling or related field and LPC license in the State of Ohio
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an LSW or LPC, preferably in a patient-centric setting and knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills.
