Job Description
The Behavioral Health Specialist participates in the clinical team by providing care and care coordination to individuals with mental health needs, ensuring whole person health needs are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a mental health related field
  • Valid driver's license in the State of Ohio
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions under stressful conditions
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural diversity of the populations served
