Job Description
Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Clinical Professional provides direct support to individuals or programs in residential, vocational or in-home settings, assisting with day-to-day activities and socialization, skill acquisition, and personal care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred
