Role OverviewProvide direct care and therapeutic intervention for individuals with serious mental illness in an Assisted Living Facility.

Implement behavior reduction interventions, support de-escalation of crisis behaviors, and provide transportation when needed.

Requirements
- Registered BHT, QMHP, or two years of experience working with SMI in a direct care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Drug and Alcohol/ Mental Health experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact well with people of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to handle a crisis and react appropriately
- Flexibility and adaptability
