The role involves creating a safe and therapeutic environment, facilitating group activities, and assisting with daily living tasks of youth receiving inpatient treatment for serious mental health challenges.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring the care, safety, and supervision of residents, utilizing individualized care, monitoring and implementing the milieu/program and school schedule, interacting with team members, establishing a therapeutic relationship with residents, and documenting reports on accidents and special treatment approaches.

Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
