Requirements

  • 1 or more years of work experience as a Lead BHT in substance abuse or mental health field
  • Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements
  • Relevant behavioral health certification
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the field of substance use disorder or mental health treatment
  • Experience working with patients at various levels of care, with an emphasis on detox and residential levels of care
  • An associate's degree or higher
