Role OverviewBehavioral Health Technicians provide one-on-one interventions to children or adolescents in home, school, and community settings. They implement behavior modification treatment plans and utilize prescribed interventions to target problematic behaviors. The role requires collaboration with treatment teams and professionals, as well as documentation of behavioral and program data.

Implement behavior modification treatment plans, utilize prescribed interventions, collaborate with treatment teams, document behavioral and program data, and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Certification as a BCaBA or Certification as a BCAT (preferred)
- Experience providing behavioral health services (e.g., previous experience as a TSS/BHT with another agency) (preferred)
- Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the provision of behavioral health services (e.g., was a TSS/BHT with another agency(ies) for 2 years) (preferred)
- Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field (preferred)
