Job Description
Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide evidence-based diagnostic assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a psychotherapy-related field, a Wisconsin clinical license, and experience in direct clinical behavioral health services. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to provide inclusive care to diverse cultural backgrounds, and experience with electronic medical record systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a psychotherapy-related field
  • Possession of an appropriate Wisconsin clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Certification by the State of Wisconsin Medicaid/Health Forward program as a Behavioral Health Provider
  • Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI Number) for health care providers
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the provision of direct clinical behavioral health services
