Job Description
Behavioral Health Therapist will provide quality individual and group therapies, oversee case management services, and assist with receiving patients, working with families, and coordinating aftercare services.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least a master's degree in social work.
  • Previous healthcare experience as a Bachelor's Level Therapist in a behavioral health setting.
  • Successful completion of the Job Description Competency Tool.
  • Leadership ability and interest in professional growth.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to function with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, training, and skills necessary for the patient-specific population.
  • Ability to set priorities and effectively delegate/coordinate interdisciplinary care.
