Job Description
We are seeking a Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 to join our team at Warren Correctional Institution. The successful candidate will provide clinical direction to lower level workers, conduct individual and group clinical interventions, and provide clinical case management services to an assigned caseload.

Requirements

  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
  • Behavioral Health, Basic Documentation, Programming, Professional, Confidentiality, Teamwork, Customer Focus Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence
