Role Overview

Provide 1:1 instructional and behavioral support to K–12 students using ABA methodologies, implementing behavioral intervention programs aligned with students’ IEP goals.

What You Will Do

Collect and document student behavioral data, collaborate with teachers and school staff, and provide physical assistance and personal care support.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be comfortable assisting students with toileting needs, have 2+ years of experience providing ABA-based behavioral support, and hold a minimum 40-hour ABA seminar or workshop training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of full-time experience providing ABA-based behavioral support
  • Minimum 40-hour ABA seminar or workshop training
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CPI Certification (preferred)
