Role OverviewAs a Behavioral Management Specialist, you will provide direct care and technical and clinical support activities that align with The Village Network’s Mission, Vision & Values. You will work in a residential setting, providing behavior management, counseling, and educational groups for youth under supervision. You will also assist with daily operations, transportation, and communication with parents and referring agencies.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include providing behavior management, crisis counseling, and psych educational groups for youth. You will also assist with attendance, communication, and transportation needs. You will work in a team environment, coordinating with teachers and Clinical Therapists to provide individualized support to youth and their families.

Requirements
- Ability to use a computer; proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Diploma/GED required
- 3+ years of behavioral health experience or Bachelors Degree in a Human Services related field desired
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing The Village Network with vehicle insurance
