Role OverviewAs a Behavioral Management Specialist, you will provide direct care and technical support activities that align with The Village Network's Mission, Vision & Values. You will work with a diverse population, supporting clients' efforts toward treatment goals, and implementing the 6 R's strategies. You will also provide individual and/or group mental health services, attend staff and treatment team meetings, and engage with client family members.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include providing behavior management, supporting client efforts, implementing the 6 R's strategies, providing individual and/or group mental health services, and attending staff and treatment team meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
- 3+ years of experience working in a related role
