Role OverviewAssesses, determines, and coordinates placement of all BMH admissions and transfers in accordance with clinical standards and guidelines. Ensures patients are placed in clinically appropriate level of care via established algorithms and protocols. Upholds standards of system wide customer service program.
What You Will Do
Performs the nursing process while providing indirect patient care in a safe and effective manner that promotes quality patient outcomes. Functions as member of interdisciplinary healthcare team. Performs an initial discharge planning evaluation or Emergency Department assessment for patients.
