Role OverviewThe role involves providing one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. The Behavioral Mentor will be an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. They will also record session data accurately and collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include providing ABA services to clients, recording session data, and collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisor(s).
