Role OverviewAlpha Health Services is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to provide clinical expertise to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. This role focuses on conducting functional assessments and developing strategies that promote positive change and functional skill acquisition.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments, design evidence-based support plans, provide direct instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with support coordinators and families.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Gerontology, and at least two years of experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability and/or autism.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Gerontology
- Pennsylvania Licensure as a Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- At least two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability and/or autism
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the service region
- Successful completion of PA Criminal Record Check, FBI Fingerprinting, and Child Abuse Clearances
