Role Overview

Join our growing team as a Behavioral Technician (BT) and provide life-changing treatment to children on the autism spectrum. As an essential part of the treatment team, you'll work one-on-one with clients in a home-based setting, implementing behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include working with clients, collecting data, supporting BCBA with training families, and maintaining clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
  • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
  • Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
  • Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
