Role Overview

Join our team as a Behavioral Technician and provide life-changing treatment to children on the autism spectrum. As a part of the treatment team, you'll work one-on-one with clients in a home-based setting, implementing behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Our team is passionate about providing gold-standard ABA services and is looking for individuals who share this passion.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include working one-on-one with clients, collecting data to monitor progress, supporting BCBA with training families, and maintaining clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
  • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
  • Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
  • Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
