Role Overview

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children with autism. We're looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing 1-1 treatment in a home-based setting.

What You Will Do

Work one-on-one with clients, implement behavioral plans, collect data, and report progress. Physically keep up with clients during sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges
  • Reliable personal transportation

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
