Role OverviewProud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children with autism. We're looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing 1-1 treatment in a home-based setting.
What You Will Do
Work one-on-one with clients, implement behavioral plans, collect data, and report progress. Physically keep up with clients during sessions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
